Call to Action: Recognize that your time is valuable – be prepared to say “no” when people ask for a commitment that may not be a priority for you. Give them time to convince you, but curb your initial agreeableness.

Row For Reveille

Dan and Matt discuss their victories and struggles from the recent Row For Reveille event. The 24-hour rowing challenge that Dan, Amy, and their crew hosted as a fundraiser for The Reveille Project was a physical, mental, and emotional journey that provided many opportunities for testing limits, managing internal dialogue, and coming together as a community to accomplish amazing things.
