  1. Great listen. I struggled with this with my kids, found the ability to be able to be bad at things, try, work and fail -with myself -through CrossFit after years of ‘toxic’ perfectionism, and I find myself really needing to help my team at work develop a growth mindset.

    1. I’m glad you enjoyed it, and thanks for listening. One of the big challenges with mindset is the fact that so much is going on internally. Despite any external factors, those with a fixed mindset can always find a way to be dismissive and avoidant of their own growth.

  2. Zippers!!! I have been sewing for over 50 years and my fixed mindset has always been “I hate zippers. I can’t do them well.” I will challenge myself to grow instead of remaining fixed! I will seek out tutorials and ask for help! Thank you both for a wonderful podcast!
